Annie Lydgate joined ASGK Public Strategies in 2009 as Staff Assistant.
Prior to joining ASGK Lydgate worked as the Midwest Field Organizer for the national federation of Student Public Interest Research Groups (PIRGs). She recruited and trained college students across the Midwest to run political campaigns on public interest issues including global warming, consumer protection, and education affordability.
In addition to her work as a Field Organizer, Lydgate also served as Director of the National Student News Service, a student media project focused on highlighting and promoting stories on student activism and student issues.
Lydgate is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature in 2007.
Lydgate currently resides in Chicago.
